In this verse Daniel praises God for His power and might, something we should be doing as soon as our eyes open in the morning.

Daniel thinks of how God is in command of all things, and how God is mightier than a mighty king like Nebuchadnezzar. We put people higher up than they should be. God is number one, above everything!

He also praises God for His communication to man. All God’s power and might were of little help to Daniel if God stayed silent. Daniel is grateful that God has revealed His great knowledge. Are you grateful?
