O.K., taking both hands, start at your shoulder and go up your to your neck, keep going … and? You have ears! So this message is directed at you. So instead of using those ears to listen to people say Revelation is not for us, let’s turn them to God.

This qualifies everyone – or at least everyone who will listen. This letter was not only written to the church at Ephesus in the Apostle John’s day. It is written to us, and to all Christians throughout the centuries.Each one of these seven letters apply to all churches. We must hear what the Spirit says to the churches – not just to one church. These letters – each of them – were meant to speak to you, if you will only have an ear to hear what the Spirit says.

Your only hope to be an overcomer, is to listen to God’s warnings and promises.

Our Heavenly Father, I pray that we would listen to Your Word, and not those words of this world. I pray that we would not be deceived by those who do not heed Your warnings. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.
